1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Bieganowska Music Academy sp. z o.o., registered office: Sarajewska 21, 70-846 Szczecin, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000917927, NIP (tax ID) 9552558897, REGON 389745744. Lessons take place in Warsaw (Mińska 25 and Bobrowiecka 1A). Contact: biuro@bieganowskamusic.academy.

2. What we process and why

Contact form: name, e-mail and message content — solely to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Messages are processed on our behalf by Formspree Inc.

Client panel: account data, students' data, lesson schedule, billing records and contracts — to perform the tuition agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meet accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website statistics: anonymised visit data — only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to improve the website.

3. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to processors only as necessary to run the website and the school: hosting provider (dhosting.pl), form operator (Formspree Inc.) and — with your consent to analytics cookies — Google LLC (Google Analytics). We never sell your data.

4. Retention

Form correspondence — until the matter is handled, no longer than 24 months. Billing data — as required by law (in principle 5 tax years). Panel account data — for the duration of cooperation and up to 12 months after it ends.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to biuro@bieganowskamusic.academy.

6. Cookies

Essential: only technically necessary mechanisms (your cookie-banner choice, panel login session). No consent required.

Analytics (optional): after clicking “Accept all”, we enable Google Analytics 4 collecting anonymised visit statistics (IP masked). Choosing “Essential only” does not change how the site works.

You can change your choice anytime by clearing the site data in your browser.

7. Security

We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the client panel is protected with individual credentials. Only authorised persons have access to the data.
